MSES Corrosion Products Division fills standard test kits and product orders quickly and efficiency. All orders received by 12:00 noon EST leave our warehouse the day they are received. The shipper is Federal Express Ground unless customer requests different shipper. Equipment orders are provided based on in stock availability. Call for equipment availability and ship date.

Field Test Kits and Products

Buyer is responsible for determining the suitability of the field test kits or products for the buyer's use.

All field test kits, products, field test kit replacement items, gas sample kit's direct reading sample tube replacement, and replacement items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

All sales of field test kits, products, replacement items, as outlined herein, are final.

Returning Goods

100% customer satisfaction is important to MSES Corrosion Products Division. If your order is faulty, damaged, or missing items, CPDs customer service will take care of your needs immediately.

1. Call 877.624.9700 for a return materials authorization (RMA) number. Only packages with an RMA will be accepted at CPD.

2. Carefully package the product, mark the RMA number on the correspondence and on the outside of the package.

3. Ship freight pre-paid to:

Custom orders, opened software packages, expired lot or shelf-life items and certain non-CPD manufactured products are non-returnable.

Repairs

1. Call 877.624.9700 to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number.

2. CPD will provide instructions for shipping repair items with RMA.
